Jump Start

Education Session on Generative AI

Step one: ( 2-4 hours)

  • Provide a foundational understanding of generative AI, covering capabilities, potential applications, security, and ethical considerations

  • Presentation slides, Q&A session, and educational materials for up to 8 participants

Use-Case Discovery Phase

Step two: (4 hours)

  • Identify, discuss, and prioritize potential AI use-cases through a collaborative workshop environment

Supporting disadvantaged job seekers

A not-for-profit employment agency faced challenges in helping disadvantaged job seekers articulate their skills and preferences, leading to poor job matches and missed work opportunities.

Our Development Studio designed AI agents, Skills Narrator and Role Narrator, to build skills profiles from intuitive, ‘day in the life’ narratives, resulting in more engaging and varied job placements and equality of access to suitable roles.

Improving in-home aged care

Aged care providers can struggle with administrative burdens, time constraints, adherence to care plans and turnover of carers.

Our Development Studio designed a prototype Carer Co-Pilot solution to capture real-time client interactions, transcribe conversations and guide care workers based on care plans. This demonstrated more efficient documentation, better compliance with care standards and enhanced worker support, leading to highly personalised care and improved outcomes for elderly clients.

Supporting kindergarten reforms

The Best Start Best Life reform in Victoria increases access to early childhood education but also heightens the demand for teachers amid a limited supply.

Our Development Studio designed a prototype Kindy Co-Pilot to enhance teacher efficiency and productivity. The design demonstrated how AI could capture real-time teacher observations, automatically repurposing reports for parents, compliance requirements and for funding needs. A projected time-saving of approximately 4 hours per week, per teacher could improve teaching outcomes and ensure better early education results, despite the teacher shortage.
